On this fifteenth anniversary of the September 11th attacks, the Oracle seems to be promising peace, if we listen.
And Oracles being Oracles, it all starts out with an “almost” – nothing is guaranteed, we need to work at peace as hard as we work when we are at war.
Yes, you are right. Oracles never promise, and we need to work for peace.
