I’d love to read it but you have to give them a credit card number even for the “free” trial–I’ve just had my credit card number stolen twice in the past 6 weeks, so I’m being very careful about using it at all. (K)
Oh–I was able to read a certain number of articles by just giving my email. Then I went through them, so I had to sign up to actually read my own article. But thanks for trying! π
I was able to read the article just by giving my email.
Yes, that’s what I did, too–but then I kept checking to see if the article was up and went over the allowed articles. π€£
I often find that with links, that I can’t read it unless I pay. I understand it, they have to make money, but there should be some openness. Atlantic lets you read a few articles a month, no registration required. They “know” your device–that’s no secret.
I wanted to read it, too, but they wanted my credit card info. Iβll try another way in tomorrow. π
And big congrats! π₯π₯π₯
Thank you so much
Thank you for trying! π
If you find it let me know…
Yes, it makes it difficult. Thank you for trying.
But congratulations!
Thank you!
Congratulations!
Thank you, Lucy!
Congratulations Merril – this looks really interesting. Iβll see if I can get in to read it later!
Thanks so much, Ingrid. I hope you can.
I wrote it after an out-of-the-blue commission that came on Wednesday!
Fantastic! Do you get much media work like this?
No–this was a first! I had a very strange Wednesday. π€£
A happy surprise then! π
Yes. I was pleased I was able to do it. π
Congratulations on a very-well written article which opened my brain to a topic about which I knew almost nothing. There is always more to learn here on planet earth,,,
Thank you so much for reading and leaving such a lovely comment, Will. I so pleased you found it both well-written and interesting. π
Congratulations on the article Merril! It gave me a look into a world I was unaware of. I was the girl who was teased as “flat as a board and never been nailed.”
Thank you so much for reading, Liz!
Reblogged this on NEW OPENED BLOG > https:/BOOKS.ESLARN-NET.DE.
Thank you!
You are welcome! Have a nice weekend! xx Michael
You, too!

Wonderfully written and informative article, Merril. There is a whole world out there I knew nothing about…
Thank you so much, Dale. I’m so pleased you liked the article and learned something new, too. It was so strange to have them contact me on Wednesday and ask if I wanted to write the article. π
How very cool to be asked!! And you did a fab job.
Thank you! It was. π
π
Awesome! Congratulations, Merril! xo
Thank you so much, Jill! π
Congratulations, Merril. I chose not to try to register
Thank you, Derrick. I understand.
Congratulations–what an honor! π
Thank you, Marian!
Great article, Merril! I finally read it after realizing that I just needed to create an account, not subscribe. Sigh. I’m easily blindsided by demands to subscribe π
I also want to say how wonderful that there are such things as “proper binders.” Some time ago, a friend’s granddaughter wanted to bind her breasts. We were both concerned, assuming that binding could cause injury. I don’t know what method she used, but fortunately she only did it once. Fortunately, she’s become more comfortable with her body, but, if the subject comes up again, I’ll be prepared π
Thank you for reading, and I’m so pleased you found it helpful! The “proper binders” seem readily available.
